Process: How to make bread

Bread is as important as rice that must be on the table when we eat, it can be eaten with just anything or just as it is. But few of us can bake warm, nice sweet smelling bread. Follow these few simple steps in making bread and for sure you’ll have that freshly baked bread on your next meal. First, the correct amount of flour and warm water is measured. Next, the flour and water are mixed together in a mixing bowl. Next, yeast, salt and sugar are added. Next, the mixture is kneaded until it feels almost dry. The mixture is left for about an hour in a warm place. It will grow in size. After this, the mixture is kneaded again. Make sure the mixture should not be sticky when touched. Then the dough is left in a baking tin for about an hour to give it time to rise. Finally, the dough is put into a preheated oven for about forty minutes.

Baking breads needs little patience, you need to be careful with the measurement or else that bread will end up in trash can but if is done with accuracy every minute you spent doing it is worth it.
