NORTH KOREA
North Korea is a country rich in mineral resources but fewer than two millions of its citizen is going hungry due to shortage of food, necessities and supply from international help. The reason for this is, its “military first” policy. According to Mr. Vivit Muntarbhorn, a Thai-human rights, UN envoy, the government is controlling its people’s economic activity where women under 49 are not allowed to trade, they are forced to wear skirt instead of trousers and they are forbidden to ride bicycles (Korean’s main mode of transport) and people are sent to labor camps just for failing to report for work or watching films from South Korea. International help was cut off since the middle of 2009 it was a result of International reaction after North Korea tested a nuclear device in May, the second time.
In my opinion, UN should be really be tough on these nations who tests nuclear devices but at the same time consider the innocent people who are always the one affected with these things.
SHIFT HAPPENS
The video discuss about how the technology is covering and the same time helping the world. It is also comparing the technology in these days and before seventeen years approximately. And give us the advantages and disadvantages of the computers today and yesterday. The huge numbers of difference such as the speed, memory, capacity . . . etc. In my opinion, the video gives us knowledge and information we couldn’t know about it. I advice the student use the technology in a good way.
HEAD MASTER
This article tell us how a young poor boy made some unselfish things for kids his age.
Babar Ali is a normal 16 years old boy from Murshidabad in West Bengal, whose dream is to have a decent education for his future, and poverty will not a hindrance to that. In fact in his family he is the only one to have a proper education.
He is the “head master” of his own school. It starts as a game with a couple of his friends, then he realizes that most if not all of the kids in his area are illiterate because of poverty. So he decided to share his learned knowledge to his neighbors. His school located at the back yard of his home has at least 800 students, as of now he has 10 teachers mostly students like him voluntarily teaching the children.
In my opinion we should be all like this boy, sharing the things we fortunate to have to those who needed it without asking for anything in return.
Maldives leader in climate change stunt
This article is about what every president should do. Be the first one to lead the step to stop the cause of global warming.
Global warming will affect us all, may you be a citizen from first world or third world. President Mohammed Nasheed, (the first democratically elected president of Maldives) wants his grandchildren to live and grow up in Maldives. But for him to do that he needs to grab the attention of everyone. So he decided to have a meeting with his cabinet members.
The meeting was held this time 4m underwater, in the turquoise lagoon off Girifushi, in North Male atoll. Maldives is threatened to disappear by the end of the century because of fast rising sea levels, and to think most of its island is only less than a meter above sea level, global warming has a big role to that. Mr. Nasheed is desperate to stop the cause of global warming. He is hoping that there is still a chance to do this.
I think the global warming issue should be a priority to discuss and to find ways to solve the causes of it.

How to build a runway?
Nowadays, many countries had made runways for their country. For examples
here in the UAE , our runway is one of the latest kind. In this essay I am going to write about the basic steps needed to build a runway.
First of all, plane carefully. Decide on the number and types of planes that will be using the runway. ( this will affect the length of the runway). The next steps, decide where the runway is going to go.( the runway should not be located near densely populated areas, or in areas with fog or birds. Then, clear and level the area. After this, put down thick layers of concrete. ( foundation are also needed).
Subsequently, lay the top surface of runway. Later, add marking and lights. ( the runway may be need at night). Finally, check the runway for defects.
Fortunately, most of the runways being build today is equipped with safety equipment.
